ARIS Impresa Sociale is the spin off of ARIS Formazione e Ricerca, which is a vocational training and research centre based in Umbria committed in the field of social inclusion and training. In the last few years, the migration phenomenon has attracted a lot of resources from ARIS FR. This strong activity has driven to a brand new experience and actors which could exploit the expertise developed: ARIS IS. The two subjects strictly cooperate but they are two different entities with different mission. For this reason ARIS IS has begun its experience in the EU funded project with the AMIF programme and it has followed that experience with new social design activities.
Aris IS is a social enterprise experienced in training intercultural mediators and in activities aimed at the inclusion and integration of migrants in collaboration with the Umbria Region and many local actors. It has experience in the implementation of actions for the benefit of migrants and in the construction of events.

​With a number of 500 students and 40 teachers, Theoretical High School "Avram Iancu" is a standard of education and local culture. In what concerns our material base, our school has 24 classrooms, a library, a documentation center, a sports hall and outdoor areas with sports grounds, two computer labs, a boarding school with accommodation facilities and a wonderful park with rare plants. The age of the students range between 15-19.
The high school offers:
*28 places for the profile "Mathematics-Informatics", intensive informatics - Real Profile;
*28 places in the profile "Natural Sciences" - Real Profile;
*56 places in the profile "Philology" - Humanities Profile.
The high school aims at:
*adapting the educational offer and teaching methods to the needs and interests of students;
*transforming the school into an organization that encourages professional development and promotes student performance; *effective educational partnership: school-family-community.

15 Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie is an upper secondary school which provides students general secondary education and prepares them for the school-leaving exams (Matura). Our school is located in a big urban area, in the suburbs of Kraków - the southern part of Poland. It was established in 1958 as a primary school, then it was
transformed into a secondary. At present there are 585 students in all the three years and 57 teachers. Following the educational reform introduced in Poland in recent years, students may choose the major subjects they are interested in, so they can specialize in humanities (History, Literature, Social Sciences, foreign languages) or sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Maths, Geography). There is also a wide range of extra curricular classes and optional courses students can choose from – art classes, theatre, sport clubs, media and photo clubs, etc. Students write articles for our school magazine, make films and cooperate with local communities. 

Escola Básica 2,3 Ciclos Dr. Horácio Bento de Gouveia is in the urban area of Funchal and started its activity 39 years ago. The school was totally rebuilt 16 years ago and has over 203 teachers and 1402 students, aged between 10 to 15 years old.
The school covers a diversified population in socio-economic grounds, essentially, from coming the urban city of Funchal. 
In the school project it is given relevance to the motivation of teachers and students, the quality of the educational program and academic success.
Besides curricular activities, clubs and projects streamlined in various fields of knowledge and human development, such as physics and chemistry, mathematics, physical education, sport and healthy living, social support, photography, computers, environment, music, arts, education on the road. We also have a special unit that works towards inclusive practices with students with difficulties differences or disabilities.
​The school building has classrooms, IT rooms, Physics/Chemistry and Science labs, Art ateliers, etc.

Mehmetçik Anadolu Lisesi was founded in 2001 which is one of the biggest high schools in the region, having 70 teachers and 1200 students aged from 13 to 18. The school also offers students a wide variety of extra-curricular activities, projects and competitions according to their interests to involve them actively in the teaching-learning process:
*drama and dance club run by certified trainers;
*sport teams in football, volleyball, basketball, athletics, handball and table tennis;
*a school choir with 25 students;
*visual arts, photography - course for taking and editing photos and at the end of each year there is a school exhibition with students’ paintings and photographs.
*The school offers a variety of activities and lessons teaching Agriculture and Plant Science. The school has an organic garden and a small farm. Science teachers educate students in farming. Many students choose to work on the farm. They produce varieties of vegetables like cucumbers, tomatoes, some lettuces, etc.
